Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
(6) Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we cannot issue refunds or replacements. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
